Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BannerBuilder.Pro (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use BannerBuilder.Pro only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for all content you create, upload, and export using the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Provide accurate information during registration and keep your contact details up to date.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing portal. New PRO subscriptions cost USD $7 monthly or $50 annually, paid in advance. While the launch offer is open, eligible first-time subscribers pay $45 for the first annual term, then $50 annually. Existing subscriptions retain their current price; canceling and starting a new subscription uses the prices then offered. Cancellation stops future renewals and retains access through the paid term unless access is revoked following a full refund or another applicable account restriction. PRO includes one AI image generation per day, shared across the image tools. Monthly and annual subscriptions both receive one included generation each UTC calendar day, resetting at midnight UTC. Unused included images do not roll over. Purchased and awarded bonus credits are separate from the daily allowance and do not expire. An advertised subscription bonus requires an eligible checkout started before the displayed deadline and is awarded once after the first successful payment; it is not repeated at renewal. The bonus quoted when checkout starts is honored until that checkout session expires. Subscription refunds reverse the associated bonus proportionally, and spent credits may create a negative wallet balance. Manual admin credit awards are recorded separately. Banner Makeover uses its separately displayed extra-credit price.

4. Acceptable Content

You must not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. BannerBuilder.Pro and its branding, software, and materials are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BannerBuilder.Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
